STEP 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Property Visit
While we usually can make an offer over the phone, we still need to evaluate the property. An authorized representative will visit for normally less than 30 minutes to evaluate the current condition of the home. We will make you a cash offer on the spot during the property visit. We don’t waste your time with mandatory appraisals or inspections.The quicker a showing is scheduled, the sooner you’ll be able to receive your offer.
Step 3: Contract and Closing
Once we have agreed on price, we are ready to put pen to paper! We will set a closing date that works for your schedule. Once the closing date is set, we will need to visit the property a few times leading up to closing, and will give you proper notice before each of those visits. And that’s it!
